IVCLA Mixers & Receptions are the perfect opportunity for potential members to learn first hand how to become a Citizen Diplomat and for members to share Home Hospitality experiences, meet Board members, International Visitors and of course, to introduce friends and family to IVCLA! We look forward to seeing you at the next Mixer.

Thank you to all the Board Members and Citizen Diplomats who joined us at the Ebell of Los Angeles for our March 2008 Multinational Women's Reception. The delegates were invited by the U.S. Embassies in the following countries: Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Namibia, People's Republic of China, Philippines, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Turkey, Uganda and the United Kingdom.

Our July 2007 Mixer was held at Bonaventure Brewing Co. (BBC) in downtown Los Angeles where we welcomed a Nobel Peace Prize Nominee from Egypt and a Contemporary Dancer from Romania.
