five tourism professionals from Russia.  

We will salute the spirit of volunteerism as we recognize a very special Citizen Diplomat - Dick Dommes. Dick has been a volunteer in the IVCLA office for more than 25 years and has decided it is time to retire. Help us honor his long-time outstanding service to IVCLA!
