| Janet Elliott - Executive Director |

| Janet Elliott became the Executive Director for IVCLA
in 1995. As the Executive Director she serves as a member of the
Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall administration
of IVCLA. She reports directly to the Board of Directors. As the
Executive Director of IVCLA she represents IVCLA at community events,
developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations
and businesses throughout Los Angeles County. She works to build
funding for the non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization through public
and private sources and prepares and administers the IVCLA annual
budget. She is the liaison for IVCLA’s membership with the
National Council for International Visitors. |

| Napah Phyakul Quach |

| Director of International Exchange Programs |
| Napah Phyakul Quach joined IVCLA in 1992. As Director
of International Exchange Programs, Napah oversees all aspects of
the International Visitor Leadership Program and certain fee-for-service
programs. She collaborates with the U.S. Department of State and
National Program Agencies to create and implement programs for the
group projects of the International Visitor Leadership Program.
She also cultivates relationships with professional resources in
academic, government, private and non-profit sectors and provides
briefings to arriving groups of visitors to familiarize them with
their program and the L.A. region. |

| Kim Ngoc Le - Program Officer |

| Kim Ngoc Le joined IVCLA in 2007. She is responsible
for the formulation and implementation of International Visitor
projects sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and other agencies.
She manages all aspects of professional exchange programs from planning
through follow up stages, and serves as liaison between national
agencies and the Los Angeles area. Kim researches and develops relationships
with Los Angeles area companies, agencies, organizations and other
institutions that meet regularly with International Visitors. |

| Afia Khan - Program Assistant |

| Afia Khan joined IVCLA in 2007. She provides administrative
support for the implementation of International Visitor projects
sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and other agencies. Her
responsibilities include preparing project documents and welcome
packets, arranging hotel accommodations, maintaining the professional
resource and international visitor databases, and compiling visitor
statistics to generate the annual impact report and grant report.

| Ho Lo - Accounting Manager |

| Ho Lo has been with IVCLA since 2001. He is responsible
for the preparation of all financial reports for the Executive Director
and Board of Directors, managing AR/AP and monitoring budgets for
special programs such as Community Connections and IVIPS. Ho also
prepares the financial information for public and private grant
applications. |

| Helen Paul - Director of Public Relations |

Helen Paul has been with IVCLA since April 2007.
Her responsibilities include acting as the liaison between IVCLA
and its Citizen Diplomat members and coordinating IVCLA events.
She assists in attracting new Citizen Diplomats and increasing
IVCLA’s visibility throughout the greater Los Angeles area,
through arranging monthly mixers and community activities with
an international focus. She is also responsible for the design,
creation and distribution of all print and electronic communications.

| Svetlana Romashkova - Program Coordinator |

| Svetlana Romashkova has coordinated the Community
Connections Program since starting with IVCLA in 2000. She plans
the itineraries for the Community Connections participants, which
includes professional meetings and cultural activities during their
three to four week stay in the Los Angeles area. Her responsibilities
also include, arranging their airline travel, placing them in the
homes of IVCLA Citizens Diplomats for the majority of their time
in Los Angeles, sometimes serving as a Russian interpreter in social
situations, and maintaining follow-on contact with the participants. |
